The Short Version
Battleground Threads does not ask you to create an account on this website, and we do not sell your personal information. If you email us, we use what you send only to respond and operate the business.
Information This Site Handles
Like most websites, our hosting provider may process routine technical logs such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, requested pages, and timestamps. We use these records for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may connect to Google and send routine technical information, including your IP address and browser details, when those fonts load.
Email and Support
When you email us, we receive your email address and anything else you choose to include. We keep that information only as long as reasonably needed to answer you, handle support, meet legal obligations, or protect the business.
Shopping and Checkout
Merchandise purchases are completed on Threadless, not on this website. When you follow a product link, Threadless handles the storefront, payment, fulfillment, and transaction data under its own privacy policy and terms. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Cookies and Analytics
We use PostHog for limited, aggregate website analytics. We record page views, the referring website's domain, and clicks that send visitors to our Threadless storefront. This helps us understand whether the site works and which designs attract interest.
Our configuration keeps analytics data in browser memory only and does not set analytics cookies or save analytics identifiers in local storage. We disable automatic interaction capture, visitor profiles, feature flags, surveys, and session replay. We do not send names, email addresses, checkout details, or payment information to PostHog. PostHog may still process routine technical data, including your IP address and browser details, to receive and secure these events under its privacy notice.
We do not use behavioral advertising. Analytics does not load when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also block requests to PostHog with browser privacy tools.

You can ask what personal information we hold from an email conversation, or ask us to correct or delete it when the law allows. Contact hello@battlegroundthreads.com.
